Introduction - Mercy Moyo

My name is Mercy Moyo, I work as an Assitant Program Officr at  (ITOCA) Information Training Outreach Centre for Africa in South Africa . I  have been working in the Library and Information Science field for the past 4 years. I will be reporting on the happenings of SCECSAL during the confernce in Botswana and will continue with the updates when I go back to my country of residence South Africa.
